Delete Your Egy Quest Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your player account and associated data for Egy Quest, published by VAREDUN LLC. You can request deletion here without reinstalling or opening the App.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Egy Quest player account in any of the following ways:

• By email: send a deletion request to cs@varedun.com with the subject line “Egy Quest Account Deletion Request.”

To help us verify your request, please send the email from the address associated with your account, or include your account email address and display name in the message. We use this only to locate and confirm the correct account before deleting it.

What Will Be Deleted

When we process your request, we delete the personal data associated with your player account, including:

• Your email address;
• Your display name;
• Your hashed password; and
• Account-linked records tied to your player account.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information after account deletion where we are required or permitted to do so for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Where we retain such information, we keep only what is necessary for those purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Guest and on-device data that we never received (such as local progress, settings, and coin balance stored only on your device) remains under your control. You can remove it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

How Long It Takes

We complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If we need additional information to verify your request, we will contact you at the email address you provide.
